Previously named Agrilia, and inhabited by local Greeks until 1920s, Alaçatı was long forgotten until the 1990s when it started to attract Turkish visitors yearning for a peaceful, rural haven.
Although it has become far more trendy in recent years, with boutique hotels and a great selection of restaurants, Alacati remains one of the most traditional towns in Turkey.
The area is also home to the Alaçatı yacht marina and the famous Port Alaçatı development.
This season we have put together an amazing two night stay in this wonderful village near Izmir.
Alaçatı has to be seen to appreciate its "shabby chic", authentic cobbled streets very well preserved local Greek architecture. In the evening, when the town comes to life with amazing restaurants, the atmosphere is a delight.
We will stay two nights bed and breakfast at this wonderful location.
Pick up and drop off will be from your Hotel / Apartment.
